With its high levels of vitamin E and essential fatty acids Argan is the perfect oil for giving facial skin a wonderful boost. Avocado oil is rich in antioxidants and vitamins A, D and E. With very little else apart from water and essential oils this recipe makes for a simple, super-nourishing daily skin feed. Great for dry and/or mature skin.
