This does not always happen and when it does occur is usually mild. If this occurs at outset of treatment do not increase the dose, reduce the dose to the level you were at on the previous day. Keep at this level until your symptoms have gone. If they continue to increase, or if they have not got better after a few days, reduce down to the prior day’s level of dose.
